Welcome to Beer Christianity, an email magazine (well, a newsletter, really), featuring interviews, news commentary and opinion, that's faithful, progressive and smarter than most of the stuff we Christians are used to.

Beer Christianity is all about reasonable, unpretentious, non-judgemental faith, progressive politics and post-evangelicalism that doesn't throw out the baby with the font water.

It's a newsletter linked to a raucous podcast for Christians who are tired of pretending to fit in, and people who used to think Christianity was not for them.

But in the newsletter, expect (mostly) sober analysis, alternative opinion and sharp commentary from the angry-letter-inspirer behind Baptist Times News Week, former editor of Mission Catalyst and host of the Beer Christianity podcast.
